27H4674R NUFFIELD DUAL CLUTCH ASSY – 11″. Reconditioned clutch cover assembly for Nuffield tractors fitted with an 11″ x 11″ Borg & Beck clutch assembly.

It’s recommended when changing the current unit to replace the following items:

• 1 x 88G622: Flywheel bearing
• 3 x 37D417: Flywheel lock tab
• 1 x ATJ4713: Main Drive Plate
• 1 x NT6779: Main Drive Bearing
• 1 x NT6780: PTO Thrust Bearing
• 1 x NT7384: PTO Thrust Bearing Anti-Rotation Peg
• 2 x LBS908: Main Drive Thrust Pivot Bush
• 2 x ATJ5612: Main Drive Thrust Securing Pin
• 2 x ATJ5613: Main Drive Thrust Spring Clip
• 2 x ATJ7823: PTO Drive Clutch Lock Tab
• 8 x NT3770: Bellville Washer
• 3 x 18G498: Clutch Retaining Clip (To assist in removing your old clutch unit)

Fitment notes:

• This clutch has ⁵/₁₆” UNF turnbuckles which are ⁷/16” AF spanner size.
• Borg & Beck 11″ x 11″ dual clutch with part number 27H4674R was introduced in 1956 and fitted to Nuffield 4DM tractors from serial number 10388 onwards.  It was then fitted as an option to Nuffield 3DL, 4DM, 342, 460, 10/42 and 10/60 tractors.  This clutch has ⁵/₁₆” UNF turnbuckles and requires a ⁷/₁₆” AF spanner size for adjusting the main release ring which is set higher on these Nuffield’s.
• In June 1967 the clutch was updated for the Nuffield 345 and 465 to 37H2447R Dual Clutch Assembly which had 3/8″ turnbuckles.  With the introduction of new linkage and pedal assemblies.  On these tractors the drive thrust ring is set lower and adjustments are made with 3/8″ UNF turnbuckles and 1/2″ AF spanner size.
