97H2772M / 86K156 PIPE.  Nylon fuel Return Pipe or “Spill off” Pipe. 1/4 inch diameter, sold by the metre.

This pipe runs from the top of the fuel filter, to the injector spill offs, and returns surplus fuel to the fuel tank.
