BMC Mini Cylinder Liner.  Fitted to the BMC 948cc Diesel or Petrol engine and the Westerbeke 4-60 marine engine.

The original standard bore size is 2.477″ to 2.478″ (62.915 mm to 62.941 mm).  If your Block is worn beyond .020″ then you can take it back to standard and fit standard pistons.
