SS606140 SOCKET CAP SCREW.

This socket cap screw tightens the PTO drive flange to the gearbox input flange.  Use with a mild thread locking compound.  4 screws used per drive flange.

Spec: ³/₈” UNF x 1³/₄”, 10.9 grade socket cap screw.

Use in place of the bolt and washer shown in the drawing.

Socket screws were used from October 1981 and chassis number 252642 onwards. They were Introduced to increase the torque/tightness.  Used in the last 318 tractors of the Leyland tractor production and so would be in the “Made better by Marshall” tractor group
